All our products are delivered to your home free of charge, with no minimum order amount required.
For all other countries, additional shipping fees may apply.
Processing & Delivery Times

Processing: Once you place your order, we need 1–2 business days to process it. Orders placed on Friday evenings or weekends may require extra processing time.

Delivery: After processing, delivery typically takes 4–6 business days, depending on your location.
You will receive an email with a personal tracking code once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track your package with our delivery partner. More details can be found on our Track & Trace page.

Delivery of Your Order

Lost Package
If a package is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we will always send a replacement package before issuing a refund.
If your order has not been received within 30 days of shipment, you may request a refund.
