Refunds and Returns

At Root Footwear, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with a simple return process.

Return policy

Return period: At Root Footwear, you can return unused loafers within 100 days of receipt. All other clothing items can be returned within 14 days.
Return conditions: Products must be in their original condition, with the original labels and tags attached. The packaging must be undamaged and the items must not show any signs of use.
Refusal of Returns: If the returned items do not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return. Returns that show signs of use or damage not caused by Root Footwear may be rejected.

Required Track & Trace for Returns
Please ensure that your return shipment always includes a track and trace code. Returns without tracking are at the sender's risk, and we cannot process refunds for lost returns without proof of shipment.

Return Procedure

Contact Us: For a return label, please reach out to our customer service by sending an email to info@rootfootwear.com. This also lets us know that your return is on the way.
Processing the Return: Once we have received your return, you will receive a notification by email.
Refund: Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.


Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it. After this time, orders are processed and can no longer be canceled. To request a cancellation, please send an email immediately to info@rootfootwear.com.


Wrong Item or Wrong Size?
If you receive the wrong item or size, please contact us. We will send you the correct item free of charge.


Lost Package
If your package is lost or cannot be delivered due to logistical reasons, we will send a replacement. Orders not received within 30 days of shipping are eligible for a refund.


Restocking Fee
For returns of non-defective items, a 15% restocking fee will be charged to cover processing and restocking costs. Please ensure that the item is in its original, unused condition before returning.
